Great modern and cool hotel. the rooms were practical. - My room included central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. - the location was very central, amazing in a good location-very lively neighborhood with loads of restaurants nearby.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room was equipped with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator; the staff was very nice and super-friendly.

Had spotless room US$ 9213 with comfortable beds, the Ipad. The breakfast was great with lots of great food on offer:)))

I had a fantastic stay at Henn Na Hotel in Osaka. The location was perfect, with plenty of retro clothing shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The twin room had incredibly comfortable beds, and even though it was small, it was well-designed and practical. All the facilities were excellent, and I especially loved the quirky addition of the dinosaur robots. The staff, both the robots and the real ones, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, value for money, and ideal location.

We stayed for 4 days, and everything was great, especially loved how convenient the location was next to the train station, restaurants, stores, and more.

that was nice hotel set in good area, right by america mura, supermarket, and a lot of restaurants nearby. the room was quiet and practical with comfortable beds, had a good night's sleep. there were an electric kettle and a fridge. it had very central location close to american village.

The central location of the hotel in the American Village made it convenient to explore both Shinsaibashi and Namba on foot. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free. The hotel room was modern and well-maintained. I particularly liked the automated check-in system, although it could use some improvement. The staff members were amiable and helpful, despite being difficult to reach. The hotel's proximity to Donki house and the Shinsaibashi shopping area was a big plus.

The hotel is in particularly good area, near to a lot of restaurants nearby and Shinsaibashi shopping complex and Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and Namba.
